ATTORNEY PROFILE

ATTORNEY JASON P. PROVINZANO has gained local legal experience and developed valuable legal skills that could not be attained elsewhere. He has worked as a Certified Legal Intern with the Lackawanna County District Attorney’s Office as well as with the Lackawanna County Public Defender’s Office. Attorney Provinzano has also gained valuable legal experience while working as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Michael J. Barrasse of the Court of Common Pleas in Lackawanna County.

Academically, Attorney Provinzano is a graduate of Widener University School of Law where he excelled. While attending Widener University School of Law, Attorney Provinzano was awarded a Certificate of Achievement in Workers’ Compensation as well as in Bioethics and the Law for earning the highest grade in each class. Based on his exceptional G.P.A., he was also named to the Widener University School of Law’s Dean’s Honor List during the Fall of 2007, Spring of 2008, and Fall of 2008 semesters. Additionally, Attorney Provinzano served as Treasurer for Phi Delta Phi for two years and was also active with Widener University School of Law’s Health Law Society. He was also admitted into the Widener University School of Law Health Law Program and graduated with a Certificate in Health Law. Overall, Attorney Provinzano successfully graduated Cum Laude based on his many outstanding academic achievements.

Additionally, as an undergraduate at The Pennsylvania State University, Attorney Provinzano majored in Crime, Law, and Justice and minored in Sociology. He also excelled academically as an undergraduate and was named to the Dean’s List consecutively from 1999 to 2003. Because of his exceptional academic achievements, Attorney Provinzano was invited to become a member of The Pennsylvania State Schreyer Honors College where he successfully wrote and defended a thesis before a panel of well respected professors. Ultimately, Attorney Provinzano graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with high distinction.

Attorney Provinzano is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar, the United States Middle District Court of Pennsylvania, the Lackawanna County Bar Association, the Luzerne County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
